Which Method Will You Choose to be a Non Smoker With Hypnosis!

Before you read the approaches ask youself - are YOU ready to be a non smoker? If you are doing it for your spouse, the doctor, the children, or cos everyone else is giving up, then don't come and see me, save you money ! When you have tried everything else and failed, when YOU ARE COMMITTED and want to be a non smoker, call immediately.

The 2 Step
Only two sessions, 3 - 5 days apart, one-on-one planned for the person who is very committed to be a non smoker. Have you smoked for less than 10 years, may have quit before but taken it up again. This approach maybe for you. You will attend both sessions even though you will probably be a Non Smoker after the first session.
Why the second session then? Well, you paid for it upfront, we get to reinforce the good bits, and we discuss a support plan.

Replacement
Long term smokers also have a one-on-one sessions, usually 4 or 5. Have you tried to give up before only to have family prefer you to take it up again? Find it streessful to stop? Given up giving up? Typically you have an emotional attachment to the habit and may not realize it. We use a 5-PATH approach where each session is different and structured to be complete.

Remember:
No one can make anyone do anything, even in hypnosis!
Choose to replace smoking with healthy activity and not gain weight. This is why hypnosis is such a growth area in smoking succession.
